Not at all. We handle everything remotely if that's what suits you — phone calls, video calls, documents by email. Some clients prefer to come in and meet face-to-face, which is also great. You choose what works.
No. Our service is completely free to you. We're paid a commission by the lender when a loan settles — which is how the whole broker model works in Australia. You'll never receive an invoice from us for our advice or work.
